Stayed here overnight because of my flight layover. Check in easy, staff so friendly and helpful, airport shuttle top notch and timely. Bed so comfy and room very clean. Would def stay again!

We liked the location, near airport and the shuttle to the airport. But we asked for the microwave repair to the reception, which was forgotten. After an hour we sent a text which worked. They no longer accept a check, only cc.

We were told that their parking for a week was safe and secure, fenced, and patroled. We were concerned when we seen a homeless camp up and around the corner. Upon returning our friends car had had its gas line cut. The gas gone of course, but it smelled inside and out and they would of been completely stranded on a Saturday night with no way home which was 2.5 jours away. We got them home , leaving their car which will need to be towed. Unfortunately it is sunday with no place open and they will have to deal with their insurance company. The hotel did offer them a room for the night but that still leaves them completely stranded. Nope, i will not be returning

Transportation to and from the airport was difficult and lengthy. Waited 20 minutes for a shuttle van to pick me up at the airport and 45 to get me back to airport the next day.

Room was across from a vending machine which apparently talks with its customers. It was loud and went on until people stopped buying snacks after midnight. We called for the shuttle and were unable to understand the person responding to us on the phone. After waiting 10 minutes we called back and asked for it again. This time it came.

BE FOREWARNED - we had an unexpected layover in Portland and needed a place to sleep that was not the floor of the airport, for a few hours. I CALLED this hotel in advance to CONFIRM that they had a 24-hour airport shuttle because some hotels said their shuttles start at 3 am, but we needed to be back at the airport by 2:30 for our flight. I WAS TOLD THE SHUTTLE WAS 24 HOURS OR I WOULD NEVER HAVE BOOKED, I would have kept calling to find a place that had what we needed. The person who checked us in said something about the shuttle starting at 3 and I told her our timing and she said no worries, come down at 2 and will do. Come down at 2, person behind the desk rude, NO SHUTTLE AVAILABLE until 3 am, won't call for one, would not call taxi, and, only after arguing with them awhile would she tell us even a name of a local taxi company to call. Stuff happens, of course, but I expect if there was an emergency and someone did not show up for work or whatever the hotel would at least TRY to help provide what we paid for. DON'T STAY HERE IF YOU NEED A RELIABLE SHUTTLE is all I can say. Bed was fine, rollaway did not even have sheets so we had to call down, but we almost missed our olane and had to PAY for radiocab to come get us, over and above what we paid for this hotel with a "24 hour shuttle." DONT STAY OF YOU NEED A RELIABLE AIRPORT SHUTTLEWOULNOYNEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

The property was clean. The evening desk clerk was nice hiwever the morning lady was rude to my husband. The wait staff was short and borderline rude. He had no patience. The food could've been a lot better. My son ordered a grilled cheese, it came out cold and the cheese was not melted. It was two pieces of bread with cheese in between. My son makes a better grilled chesse sandwich.

We were not told at check in that there is no daily cleaning of the room. The bathroom was not cleaned, the beds were not done. Sloppy conditions not expected from the previous known quality of the Holiday Inns. Very dissapointing.

We spent the night before an early flight. Luckily set the alarm on my phone also as we did not ever get the wake-up call we requested. the shuttle to the airport was fine, but we waited 45 minutes for the shuttle back to the hotel.

The hotel needs to be renovated. The train that passes every hour just outside my window was not in the brochure. The bed was comfortable.

Everything went smoothly but the early morning front desk person was not very personable and didn’t look at me when she did utter….put them in the basket…..referring to the keys….not everyone travels a lot and some times doesn’t know the protocol when coming and going…. The restaurant was very nice and the host was great

I've used this close-to-the-airport hotel once before. Good service. The room are clean. Aestetic. Only one hook in the bathroom, on which to hang a used towl. ki d of disappoing. This trip I ordered food from the dining facility: house salad with grilled chicken added and a pulled pork sandwich with fries (I am sharing.) DELICIOUS, all!!
