The person who checked me in was wonderful. My room was clean, but the bathroom mirror and frame had toothpaste spit on it and there was hair in the tub drain. Yuck!

The stay was good but the park and fly was not worth it. When we landed after a long day of travel we had to call the hotel multiple times to get anyone to pick up the phone. Then had to call three times and request a ride, leaving us waiting at the airport for over 45 minutes. I don’t think we will pay for this service again.

If you're flying out of or into the Portland jet port, this is a grat place to stay the day before ot sfter your flight. Perect locatiom, easy to get to and has a on premise restaurant with great food. The staff is awesome.

Front desk staff member Clive was great, check in was easy and we were able to park our car for the length of our trip. Shuttle to the airport first thing in the morning a little before 4am. The room was great bed super comfortable only downside is the jets taking off and landing is a little loud but we expected that.

We specifically searched for a hotel with a hot tub only to find out the one here had long since been disabled and was no longer functional. The staff said they had removed it from the Hilton website but that amenity was till on the Expedia site. The property is a bit run down and dated. I wasn’t a fan that the continental breakfast was $13.90 per person even though you’re paying $200 per night to stay there. Most places have a free breakfast.

Staff very friendly and attentive, room very clean and comfortable the only issue was that they offer hut-tub and it wasn’t available the pool was very small for all guest. The reason why I chose this hotel was because of the hut tub and I couldn’t use it.

We stayed on the first floor several rooms from the pool. The kids were very loud until around 10:00 when the pool closed. Then they ran up and down the hall until after midnight. The rooms were in need of repair. The third floor was closed for upgrades so maybe the other floors will follow. The door seal on room 125 was completely worn out so you could hear every conversation going up and down the hall.
