Had a nice stay. There was a bit of damage I noticed in the room not a big deal just something I noticed. I would have appreciated some additional complimentary amenities such as a makeup wipe or some other small toiletries. Otherwise wonderful stay I would stay here again.

The air conditioning panel fell off around 9:00 pm causing the air conditioner to make a terrible noise. I called the front desk and got a recording telling me someone would call me back. It is 12:30 am, no call back.

My family and I enjoyed the hotel. The kids said the pool was a bit chilly but still fun. The only complaint we had was that the food we got delivered from room service was not that good. We order fries and garlic bread. They both came lukewarm at best and a bit soggy like they had been sitting for a while. The staff was amazing and the room was nice as well.

When I booked, I was given to understand that the place will be noisy with the airplanes / property next to airport. In the 4 nights that I stayed, I heard the airplane once. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and the mall just one exit (5 min) away. Altogether the family had a wonderful stay.
