Maison de charme à Kennebunkport - 10 minutes à pied de Dock Square

Bienvenue à Kennebunkport! Notre maison confortable attend vos rêves de vacances. Cette maison de quatre chambres et deux salles de bains se trouve à une courte distance du centre de Kennebunkport et de toutes ses offres. Notre maison est située à mi-chemin entre Kennebunkport et Cape Porpoise. Un espace ouvert salon / cuisine / salle à manger permet une grande distraction. Home dispose d'une chambre au premier étage (lit complet), d'une salle de bain complète et d'une buanderie. Le deuxième étage a un petit coin salon, une salle de bain complète et trois chambres supplémentaires (trois lits jumeaux et une reine). Terrasse et barbecue à l'extérieur pour votre plaisir!

La cuisine est bien équipée avec une cafetière, un micro-ondes et des casseroles. Les unités AC sont sur les deux niveaux de la maison et il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse. La propriété est approvisionnée en draps, serviettes et serviettes de plage.

Notre maison est à dix minutes à pied du centre-ville de Kennebunkport, qui regorge de restaurants, de boutiques et de sites magnifiques. Colony Beach est à cinq minutes en voiture et ne nécessite pas de passe pour la plage. Goose Rocks Beach est à dix minutes en voiture. Vous pouvez obtenir un permis de plage au magasin situé à la plage pendant les mois d'été et Kennebunk Beach est à cinq minutes en voiture avec un stationnement avec compteur en été.

Nous sommes à quarante minutes de Portland, qui propose des expériences culinaires exceptionnelles, des musées, des magasins et un ferry pour les îles.

Amazing Place

Amazing place to stay. What a beautiful home in a great area close to downtown. Kathy was amazing and made you feel wlcomed and would make you feel like it was really your home. Kathy was very helpful in giving us ideas of what to visit and where to eat. If we needed anything she was there to help. The house is stocked with everything you would need. The bottle of wine Kathy left for us with a welcoming note was a great touch. Would stay here again!! Thank you kathy for a great vacation home.Michele and familu

Exceptional property

The house was very clean and the host very accommodating. She put the outside lights on for us when we were out after dark on our first night there. The house was very organized, had everything we needed. The location was superb. We definitely recommend staying at Kathy’s place!

Charming, comfortable,and convenient

This house is just delightful. It's quite spacious, comfortable and well appointed. There were plenty of dishes, towels, extra blankets, etc. And it was impeccably clean. The neighborhood was so quiet! Kathy and Buzzy were gracious hosts without being intrusive. They offered great tips and were extremely responsive and communicative. The big benefit is how close the house is to everything. Bring your bikes because it's an easy ride (and parking can be tricky in town). We felt right at home and can't wait to return.

Hidden Gem in Kennebunkport

Excellent experience staying at this property. Bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival, nice touch after flying in from the west coast. Owners were responsive to all our needs. The beds were comfortable, nice linen and plenty of towels. The layout of the house was perfect and had everything we needed for a wonderful, comfortable stay. The location was excellent and easy walk into town. Had a great dinner at Hurricane's. I will definitely book this property again. Thanks Kathy and Buzzy for a wonderful stay at your home! Loved our stay!

We had a great week in Kennebunkport! The house was a perfect layout for our group of 6, had a well-stocked kitchen, and was very clean. The owners live right next door and were so good with communication. Whatever the question or need, they were quick to respond. My one comment is that the house is not an easy 10 minute walk to Dock Square. It is walkable, but took our group (ranging from kids to a grandparent) closer to 20 min. We ended up driving (or having one of us drop off/pick up) more often than not. But, we loved the quiet location, and the nearby playground was a bonus. We would definitely stay there again if we return to the area! Thank you Kathy and Buzzy for being such generous homeowners and making us feel so welcome.

Perfection!

Kathy and Buzzy are wonderful hosts- they were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. My family felt instantly at home. The location is on a tree-lined, private and fantastically QUIET private road, yet still within walking distance to the heart of Kennebunkport. The cozy and immaculate home was more than big enough for our party of six, with a great layout for family to gather- and beautifully appointed with plenty of local flavor. We've been visiting the Maine coast every summer for over a decade, and this was our favorite stay yet. Thank you, Kathy and Buzzy! We'll be back for sure.
