Very well situated (walking distance from Kennebunkport center in a calm residential spot), the house is incredibly charming and cozy, with a "rustic chic" vibe, super clean and well equiped. The host is exceptionnaly fast to answer questions and to be sure that everything is OK and that we enjoy the stay, with tons of little details / attentions for us. « Absolutely fantastic stay! The house is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities to stay in. However with such a great location to all that Portland has to offer taking a quick walk to whatever strikes your fancy is highly recommended. The bakery on the corner has great coffee and baked goods. We didn’t need much from Doug but when I messaged him he was very responsive and accommodating. The beds are extremely comfortably. « It was a great house for our needs, a little rest and relaxation and our belated Christmas with my niece and nephews. Kids will love this house and being able to let my dog in the backyard was amazing. Hosts were SO responsive to every question we had. We are strongly considering staying here next year. »
