Escape to this charming, renovated 3-bedroom home in beautiful Portarlington, just a short walk to shops, cafes and the beach. Ideal for families and friends, it sleeps up to 8 guests and welcomes pets. Enjoy a bright, modern interior with cosy living area, 1.5 bathrooms, and all the comforts for a relaxing stay. Whether you're soaking in the seaside vibes or exploring the town, this inviting retreat offers the perfect base for a memorable holiday.


This lovely property is really well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great family holiday and is set up for ultimate comfort.

BED CONFIGUARTION:
- Bedroom 1 - spacious room with queen sized bed
- Bedroom 2 - double bed
- Bedroom 3 - 2 x single bunks - 4 beds total

LOCATION:
- The beach and main shopping strip are a 10 minute walk away

PETS:
- One or two house trained dogs are most welcome
- We please ask that pets stay off beds and furniture
- We supply a couple of water bowls but please BYO pet bed
- You must clean up after your pet, prior to check out
- The yard is large and enclosed with some undercover space
- Pets MUST NOT be left inside the house unattended

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- You must be over the age of 25 to book this property
- STRCITLY no schoolies, hens/bucks or parties of any type

GENERAL: All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and agree to abide, and be bound, by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules. Please treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful to our lovely neighbours. Strictly NO smoking at this property. Our home is NOT suitable for schoolies, hens or bucks parties. You must be over the age to 25 to make reservation at our property. Please follow parking guidelines where provided.

CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 3pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior arrangement/availability and extra charges will apply. Check in and check out, contactless check in will be provided with key safe codes. Keys must be returned to the key safe upon checking out. If the keys are not placed back in the lock box a management fee will apply for us to allow housekeeping staff access to the property and if required replacement of keys.

UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative
accommodation for your stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. Host on the coast will not be liable for additional accommodation costs in the event of these unforseen unavoidable circumstances.

PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties are strictly prohibited.
Breach of this will result in immediate eviction without refund and extra charges will apply for any additional, cleaning, garbage removal, repairs which may occur. We have the right to evict any guest during their stay if WE deem them to be in breach of the house rules.

LINEN AND TOWELS: We supply all bed linen and towels. They must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired upon request prior to arrival. Properties with
pools will include pool towels for your stay. Any damage or stains requiring additional laundering or replacement of linen will incur a charge or replacement fee. Stays longer than 1 week may request a housekeeping service for cleaning and/or linen servicing charged at a fee. YOUR

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately if damages occur. We may recover from you repair or replacement costs. Occupancy must not exceed the agreed number booked for or the maximum listed as occupancy in the house description.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise at anytime (day or night), is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Noise should not be heard from outside the property after 10pm.
Call outs: Lost keys/lock outs will incur a $100 call out fee for management to provide access plus the cost of replacement keys if required. Upon departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, crockery and cutlery
washed and packed away, dishwasher emptied. If there is a BBQ onsite, it must be cleaned after use, failure will incur a $100 fee. You are responsible for removing any excess rubbish that does not fit in the outside bins. Excess rubbish charges will apply for any rubbish that is left behind (exceeds rubbish bin capacity). The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges will be incurred for the cleaning (but not limited to) of dirty dishes, dishwasher emptying, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish and so forth. All furniture and
furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. Smoking is not permitted in the Property. A $400 fee will be applied to any property found to have been smoked in. No illicit drugs to be brought onto the property or persons under the influence to be allowed onto the
property. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. Host on the Coast is not liable for any damage or loss of property during your stay.

Perfect house in beautiful little seaside town

This house is just beautiful. Super clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you could need. Short walk to town and beach. Outdoor shower was an added bonus!

Lovely home

The owners have done a great job presenting this place. A pleasure to spend time here. We supported a quiet young woman with a mild disability. She thrived in the tranquillity. She enjoyed cooking in the lovely kitchen and wandering around the yard.
