The area is nice but when upon checking in the room was dirty, smudges everywhere and a used towel was hanging. Also the website lied. I purposely purchased this room because of the gym but when I went to go to the gym they said they didn’t have one. False advertising at its finest

I like the location is not in a heavy traffic area. The staff was very nice. The breakfast should be more children friendly with milk and cereal.

Overall friendly service, but found lots of hair on bed sheets and underneath the pillows. Breakfast: creamer for coffee was old and no waffles or eggs prepared.

Been here a couple times and it was an average experience before but this time was the worst. No pool or hot tub available which were the main components of paying $250 for two nights. Worst hotel experience won’t be coming back

I never leave reviews, but I've had few experiences that were as disappointing at this. The hotel was very dirty and run down (exposed wires/dead bugs/ dirt in the rooms and common spaces). They ran out of breakfast food-where there was literally nothing to offer. When asking for a blanket for the pullout-as we paid for 5 guests, we were told they were out and only had sheets. I would not recommend staying here.

Disappointing but location good for Cascade Mounta
This hotel is short staffed. They didn’t keep up with the breakfast service—ran out of coffee and syrup midway through because no one was there to take care of the guests. Our room phone didn’t work, and we had to ask for sheets for sleeper sofa. The lady who I asked for more coffee/cups was rather rude. Disappointing stay. Pool was ok but in the middle of remodeling the area. No switch to turn on the hot tub. No one there to checkout.

hotel was wonderful, staff very friendly. The only hiccup was there was two large groups there and the first morning they were out of almost all the breakfast by the time we came down.

The hotel is dirty, both in the room and in the common area. We had a child on the pull out sofa and the mattress springs were digging into a 9 year old, definitely not possible to have an adult sleep on it. Breakfast rather poor and the breakfast area was dirty and unorganized. Overall very poor quality.

would not visit again
Would not give senior/AARP discount at time of check-in. No ice machine on floor 2. Pool area extremely loud and did not look clean. Pool furniture very old rusted and dirty. Bath tub had hair in it. Lobby was dirty. Dog food spilled outside main door.. Would not visit again.

Unfortunately the hotel itself was very dated. The room itself seemed dirty. The pull out couch was horrible quality. Our window was cracked allowing a lot of noise from outside. The people above us we could hear quite easily. The breakfast was not out at 7 am. I asked a staff member about it and they said there was cereal and maybe coffee. Do not recommend.

Dirty and run down
Run down and dirty. First room the old TV speaker didn’t work so we asked to be moved. The room they put us in was run down and the sheets were dirty in one of the 2 beds. We had to ask for sheets at the front desk. When I told her the sheets were dirty, instead of having someone come to our room to change, they handed them to me to do it myself. We were supposed to stay 3 nights total but left after one and found a different place to stay.

The hotel is barely 2 stars, looks like a cheap motel. The breakfast was disgusting- staled donuts and bread, everything was not fresh. Pool towels looked like dish rags. rooms and hallways had smell of the cheap disinfectant. Rooms are so overpriced

Had a great stay
Our stay was good no complaints other than room could have been a bit cleaner between the vaccuming and the batthoom had hair in the tub. The pool was great kids had a blast. Was a nice place to stay overal.

It was Terrible, terrible my husband is handicapped parking lot not plowed walk way either Found hair on floor in bathroom, sheets smelled unclean I told the girl the entrance was slippery all she said was “oh” The entrance was missing tiles which is a hazard for people with cane The online was a 5 star hotel hell no it was a one maybe We changed hotels next day

Fallen way off.
3rd time there. By far the worst yet. So dirty. Everything, including the room. The breakfast was the worst yet, by a mile. Broken everything. More concerned about possible mold I saw just about everywhere, but mainly in the pool area. Not sure if new owners but my family won’t be staying there again. Very disappointing. This is a picture of the hotel pool. This one was better than others we got.

Room overlooked pool. You can hear pool noise. Quieted down after 10 or so. Not sure if the room location is specifiable, but it should be in case this is an issue for some people. Minor issues taken care of promptly.

We will never stay here again. We were here for about a hour and decided to leave and drive the 2 1/2 hours home. Broken tiles when you entered the hotel. Someone could have easily swept up the broken pieces. One hot tub drained, the other with water as cold as the pool. When I asked at the front desk about the hot tubs, she said maintenance was called. We were on the third floor and there were unoccupied rooms with the doors wide open, which seems creepy and dangerous. When I asked about that the front desk said they were being worked on. Our room was dirty and smelly. The halls smelled of curry. There was an air freshener clipped into the heat vent in our room. We’ve stayed at this hotel about three years ago and it was well maintained. There must be have been a change in management since then and they are letting the hotel fall apart. Very disappointing.

The room was clean and accommodating. The Reception person was very accommodating. At issue was the hot tub was down. Also we were at the breakfast bar 35 minutes before closing and food choices were somewhat limited and the juice machine was down, though they had pictures of juice out, though one was empty.

I reserved a room with a hot tub in it. When I checked in, they gave me a room on the 3rd floor without a hot tub. Then they gave me another room with a hot tub and when we went in, it wasn't cleaned from the last person. After the 3rd try, I finally got a room with a hot tub, but they gave me a king room, even though I reserved a double queen. Overall, it was very inconvenient, and the room wasn't that clean, with cob webs in corners. I will likely not ever stay there again.

It is a decent option close to Cascade Mountain for skiing and the rooms are spacious enough for a family of 5. The breakfast was extremely limited so do not expect to eat here. There was very little to eat and not restocked both days we were here. No coffee by 8am. No ice or vending on floors 2 and 3 so a little inconvenient. But it was a reasonable no frills option to stay close to Cascade

Free breakfast was the worst I have seen in last 5 years I have been staying at the hotel. Hot tub was cold. The other hot tub is still broke from a year ago. The beds are comfy and room was clean. The access door to the shower kept coming unlatched.

The parking lot was lit up, it was safe, staff was accommodating to our needs and friendly as usual. The location was right off the highway. Breakfast was good they actually put effort into breakfast eggs, potatoes, sausage, toast , cereal really good we will continue to stay there when in town. The have a pool which was warm. It is just a really good experience and the prices are very reasonable for what they offer. I highly recommend this hotel
