Everyone is extremely helpful. Although you cannot normally drive directly to the door, in the morning you can drive into the walk beside the canal and unload baggage. « Excellent place to stay! Secure and inside a compound from which you are giving keys to enter by the host on the day. There is the tax to pay of course but ask for a receipt, mine was 72 euros for 4 nights. Milano apartment representative had constantly kept me informed via my Whats App to ensure everything was ready and once we entered the luxury property it was to our delight.
