It would be appreciated if you not label our hotel as thief's. You were informed before your card was charged a clean up fee due to you throwing tissue around the room, on the floor, stuck to the night stands, and even in the bed with your bodily fluids all over them. I offered to send you and third party pics of why we charged you. During our conversation you stated that's what housekeepers are for to clean whatever is in the room. I explained to you that yes they are hired to clean but they are not paid to be disrespected in such a way. There are two trash cans in each of our rooms. You decided not to utilize either of them. You were even given the option to come clean it yourself and we would not charge you for the clean up. So we will never overcharge any guest for no reason at all. We do give a courtesy call to give our guest an explanation as to why we need to charge any guest before we do so.
