Dog Friendly! Private Pool, Fenced-in, Near Beach!

Reservations include complimentary beach gear package, $35 daily credit, personalized to fit your needs. Beach gear options include kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, corn hole, and much more. Applicable for reservations durations between 3-21 nights.

Snowbirds are welcome! Simply send an inquiry with your specific travel dates to receive a reduced quote for review.

Wags and Waves can accommodate the whole family, accepting up to 4 dogs and sleeping up to 8 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The single family home is located on North Cape San Blas less than 60 seconds to the Gulf of Mexico with fabulous amenities such as interior elevator, boat parking, and private pool. The property is so close to the beach, partial water views are offered from the balcony. Beach gear is provided and includes a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, floats, and beach toys. Clean up is a breeze with a private outdoor shower with hot & cold water!

Amenities continue with covered parking at a designated height of 13' allowing for boat parking. The public boat launch at T.H. Stone Memorial Park is less than 5 miles. The lawn is fully fenced and decorated with established landscaping housing a large private saltwater pool. The pool dimensions are 15 x 34, and can be heated for an additional charge.

The interior is light and inviting with minimalism in mind. An open floor plan and natural light connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen together. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and a starter supply of amenities. Kitchen inventory is plentiful, including a propane grill, allowing for the most experienced chefs to cook-in. The living room provides large deep seated sofas with a designated work space for those that must combine work with their play.

The primary bedroom has a king bedroom with private balcony access, coffee bar, and attached bath. The bathroom is expansive with a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads, large vanity, and walk in closet.

Both guests' bedrooms are a queen with smart flat screen television and DVD player; one room has a partial gulf view and the other has a partial bay view. Each share a bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.

Great location

Loved having the private pool and a short distance from the beach. Howevwr, there are no outdoor lights around the pool area which made it unsafe for the kids when swimming at night. The pool light was too dim to illuminate the decking and other outdoor space. We spent several nights out by the pool grilling dinner and swimming. It would’ve been nice if there was more lighting, strings lights or landscape lights. We couldn’t get the elevator to work and the grass looked like it hadn’t been cut all summer.

No need to bring anything they literally have it all. High chair, kids plates and eating utensils, beach chairs, movies, books, crayons, pool floats, extremely large grassy back yard. Just wish it had a few more bedrooms so we could bring more family and friends. Great size for the six of us plus one infant. Plenty of covered parking so your car stays cool. Within walking distance of scallop cove.

We’ve been coming to PSJ for a few years now for our annual scallop trip and this was the best stay we have stayed in by far. It was very clean and very cozy. The accommodations were very helpful. It was the most stocked house we have stayed in. The elevator was very helpful loading and unloading. The location couldn’t have been better with what we wanted to do. I definitely want to come back with my entire family.

People and Paws Love This House!

The house was impeccably clean - still smelled like new construction! The elevator was great for loading/unloading cars (or if you have a senior pup). Our dog was right at home here, and we felt incredibly welcomed as well. We had a snafu with the pool heater (which was remedied while we were there), but we weren't charged for days it wasn't heated and had no problems communicating with the property management company or host. My hint on this would be - specify during booking if you want the pool heated. I unfortunately did not, so it was a couple days into our stay before we tried to get it turned on - just to discover there was a replacement part needed. If you let them know in advance, they can make sure it's warm before you get there ;) Easy walk to the beach, which was never overly crowded. The entire area all around Port St. Joe is EXTREMELY dog friendly which we were pleasantly surprised to discover. Also, I rented equipment (beach stuff - umbrella, bikes, wagon, chairs, etc.) from a local company but I would advise to get here first before spending money on renting. The house has chairs, an umbrella, wagon and cooler. The only thing we had that the host didn't was bikes, if that's something you'd want. Pool toys, air pump, chairs - all the essentials to stay put if the pool is your hangout. I'd one hundred percent stay at this house again, no questions asked. I sent the link to my dad and he's even considering booking it for another vacation! Thank you!!
