Mermaids 3 is a beautiful 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath beach home that sleeps 10. It is surrounded by nature and beautiful gulf scenery on all sides! It is less than a 2 minute walk to the dog friendly, white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. If you are a boat enthusiast, you can dock your boat at the back door! Mermaids 3 is the perfect location!

The downstairs outdoor area is great for entertaining. We offer a wood pellet grill, a commercial ice machine and plenty of seating. The outdoor restroom has all the necessities of a full bath… two shower heads, dressing area, and sink with a lighted mirror and outlets.

Head upstairs to an open concept living/kitchen area with 20 foot ceilings and windows galore to give the natural lighting and warmth of a perfect beach day. The great room is bright with panoramic views of the natural sand dunes and wooded area where you may be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the deer, bald eagles, or other wildlife that call it home. There is also a private sitting area off of the main living room for a peaceful retreat for games or to relax with a great book. The kitchen is fully stocked and features a dining table for 8, a breakfast nook for 6 with 6 more seats at the bar. The pantry offers a coffee bar and drink cooler and right across the way is the laundry with a half bath. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen the other with two twins, with a full bath to accommodate them. This floor also has the large deck with two sitting areas to take in the view.

Upstairs opens to the beautiful living room below with a catwalk to three more bedrooms. The master bedroom, with a king bed, is lined with windows for more amazing views. It also opens up to an upstairs balcony. The master bath has an oversized walk-in shower with 3 luxurious shower heads and a jet tub with a view of the gulf!! You will be in love!!
The other two bedrooms have unbelievable views as well. One bedroom has two twins while the other a queen. There is a full bath accessible for these two bedrooms along with a sitting area with access to the upstairs deck.
If you would like a few excursions during your stay, we can accommodate you!! We offer our guests discounts on deep sea fishing trips where we promise you won’t come home empty handed. We can also do trips to the local beaches accessible only by boat or a river trip to historic Apalachicola.
