Other Things to Note:
â Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.
â During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.
â To avoid insects and mold, please keep all windows and doors closed. Leaving them open while the AC is on could result in a fee up to $500. For your comfort, we recommend setting the AC between 72-83°F.
â This house is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).
â We are happy to accommodate small to medium-sized pets (20â50 lbs, 15â20 inches tall). This guideline helps us maintain cleanliness and protect the condition of the property. A non-refundable pet fee of $125 per pet per stay applies only if noted at booking. If not, weâll request the fee manually. Pets outside the size range or undeclared may incur a $250 fine.
â NO PARTIES. We are situated in a tranquil neighborhood and we value maintaining a harmonious relationship with our neighbors. To preserve the peace and respect the surrounding residents, we strictly prohibit any parties or loud disturbances. Your cooperation in maintaining a serene environment is greatly appreciated.
â NO SMOKING of any kind within the unit under NO circumstances. If guest smoke within the unit there will be additional charges/penalty for violating this policy ($350.00 and forfeiture of deposit) No re-arranging of furniture.
â TRASH: Remove garbage of any sort from the Home and place in Garbage Can outside. Ensure that the Unit is CLEAN upon Checkout.
1. Sheets removed from beds that were "slept" on.
2. Trash removed and placed into the trash bins with SECURE LIDS.
3. No Smoking. (Penalty of $350.00 and forfeiture of deposit).
4. Items Broken (Penalty will depend on Value of Item Broken).
â You may park cars in the following areas: You may park in the Drive Way (6-9 cars). DO NOT park on the front grass as well. (DO NOT PARK ON THE SIDES OR BACKYARD) That will cause immediate cancel of reservation.
â DO NOT park on the street. If so you WILL be towed and responsible for the tow charge. DO NOT park in another House/Neighbor Driveway. The neighbors are authorized to call law enforcement and request removal. We love our community and neighbors and we want them to love us back! The above will get the vehicles towed. We donât want that to happen.
â DO NOT PUT THE GARBAGE CONTAINER OUT UNLESS it is a Tuesday (garbage comes on Wednesday) OR Friday (garbage comes on Saturday). Please put all trash inside the SECURE LID trash can only! 1-2 trash cans are provided for your convenience. Trash days are Wednesday and Saturdays.
â No drugs including cigarettes, narcotics and vape. If found a $350 cleaning fee will apply and deposit will be forfeited.
â No pets unless a service animal which law permits. (emotional support animals does not apply)
â No weapons or firearms unless employed by local law enforcement.
â Dishes are expected to be washed by guest if they were used. (Common courtesy but not required)
â Please wash hands prior to using any remotes, game controllers, tablets, and etc. (For your safety with your guests) If you are diagnosed with Covid-19 please notify us immediately.
