« Overall a great option near Penn State. Great game day location, nice and fun place. The space is bigger than you think with three nice bedrooms upstairs and game room and laundry downstairs. Overall nice set up and would recommend to others. »

« We had a fun visit at the Yellow House on the farm while in the area. It was lovely, quiet and peaceful. Mornings on the porch watching turkeys, roosters and deer was something you just can't do at home. Rachel was a terrific host. Very helpful and accommodating. The milk and cookies were a nice touch. We hope to stay there again and have already recommended this place to friends who will be traveling through. »

« Great newly renovated apartment and perfect for a couple with a great view of the Talleyrand Park and Spring Creek. The shower was great! The only difficulty was access to the garage which was challenging with an SUV. Need to tell renters to use the ramps in the garage especially in winter. »

« The property was the perfect size for our group of 8. Being so close to penn state and Beaver Stadium was so convenient. The patio area was nice too. Plenty of cooking utensils (could use more forks) but a wonderful home for us for the weekend. The host communicated well »
