Just renovated. New kitchen, furniture, and linens! Breakfast provided is a waffle station with everything you need.
3 bed (1 KING size), 2 baths on 2nd floor with living, dining, kitchen, and 1/2 bath on 1st. Basement has brand new washer/dryer and Game Room!
Super clean and modern. Included: paper products, soaps and shampoo, waffle station, towels, sheets, coffee, etc!
Ideally located in Toftrees with golf, shopping, restaurants within walking distance and PSU 5 min away!
(Sorry, no pets)

We really enjoyed our stay! We spent Penn State THON weekend there and it was perfect for our family! Dawn was easy to reach and helpful. Perfect host. The location to Penn State is very close, seven minutes to Bryce Jordan Center! The house is clean, updated, comfortable. They even had coffee/tea bar and waffle bar fully stocked! We will return and stay again! Thank you Dawn!

Absolutely enjoyed everything about this place. Very spacious and cozy, kitchen fully stocked, beds comfortable, having 2.5 bathrooms was a plus, great location and communication with the host couldn't have been better. Highly recommend this property.

The kitchen is beautiful! Plenty of space to cook and the dishes were plentiful. The cookware is very nice! The kids loved the game room! But bring quarters as you will need them to play games! The living room was a comfortable space to hangout and the Nintendo was a blast from the past for the young adults!

Overall a great option near Penn State. Great game day location, nice and fun place. The space is bigger than you think with three nice bedrooms upstairs and game room and laundry downstairs. Overall nice set up and would recommend to others.

Ideal location for Penn State visits especially football games. Great hosts, easy access, close to shopping and other amenities. House was adequate but not luxurious. Kitchen was well stocked with all needed cookware, utensils, glasses and plates. There was a nice waffle station setup and some coffee K-cups but otherwise no spices, condiments etc., not even a salt and pepper shaker (not a big deal for us but just an FYI for planning purposes for future guests).

Wonderful weekend stay

We spent the weekend and the house couldn’t have been better. The house was clean and perfectly setup for our group. The kids and adults loved the waffle station in the morning. We even got to enjoy the back porch area in the evenings after the kids went to bed. There was plenty of room for three kids and four adults. We would definitely come back when in the area.

Home Away From Home

You want to stay here.Pros:The bedrooms and closets are good sizes.The air conditioning units held up in 100 degree weather. Even though it doesn't have central air, the house was cold.The owner was super easy to communicate with.There is plenty of parking. We had 3 cars and never worried about finding a spot.There are a lot of kids toys. My daughter was not bored.Very convenient to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Wifi is amazing!Cons, but not really. More of a heads up if you are picky.The house is old, but updated. The stairs are squeaky.The hall bathroom has a small shower. You might find it tight if you are over 200 pounds. There is a tub/shower in the master bedroom with plenty of space.We had a fantastic time.

Dawn had the house SPARKLING clean, ready to go when we arrived, and had just the SWEETEST added touches for our whole family! I could tell how much she wanted to make the stay welcoming, especially for children! She had games, backyard toys, and even a surprise little turtle in her water fountain she told our girls to be on the lookout for! The waffle maker kit was a BIG surprise to us, and made us smile! The coffee maker was a Keurig, which makes for quick coffee on the go! Dawn had soft towels, and blankets ready to use which was much appreciated! The cute decor, and spacious house, including big family dining table, is what drew us in to booking! We LOVED the back screened in cozy area, and the backyard was even cute with planted flowers! She had live plants inside, which added so much life to the house! Her neighbor was extremely nice and told us about the area! Dawn also shared with us what we could do while there which was so kind as well! Dawn responded quickly back to any messages and questions we had! The ENTIRE house was sparking clean which we greatly appreciated as well! It was convenient to have a downstairs bathroom at floor level for my older parents. Washer and dryer worked well and was such a big help for an extended stay! Master bathroom was located in the master bedroom which was a convenience as well! Dawn had everything you could think of to make a meal! She even offered early check in which was a generous gesture and nice surprise you don’t find often!

Great place to stay and excellent location

We loved the property as it was big enough to accommodate 4 adults easily. It was very clean and inviting. It was very well appointed and the waffle station was fantastic! We were only minutes away from the college and lots of restaurants. We needed to contact the host a few times and she was extremely receptive. I would recommend this property 100% and would stay here again in I am in the area. Thank you!

Bachelorette Party

We enjoyed this property very much. It is one of the nicest rentals we've stayed in. It was roomy, clean, well stocked and very comfortable. It was easy to get to and close to the places we wanted to go to. Dawn was a wonderful host. She did an awesome job getting the place ready for us after the power outage caused by the storm, was gracious & quick to get back to me on my many questions. I would definitely rent from her again. Her home and her willingness to make this a great stay deserves a gold star rating :).

Perfect for our Family

Stayed a long weekend for family celebration. Had 2 children who loved the playroom. Well-stocked, Many towels, and plenty of pillows on beds and couches. Had a blast with waffle breakfast the first morning.Would return.

Great stay for PSU football!

Great accommodation. Updated, clean, comfortable and spacious. Less than 10 min Uber to Beaver stadium. Host was very helpful with early check in and communication. Breakfast supplies and Coffee included!

Perfect!

Dawn was very responsive and has really set her place up to be the perfect getaway for a visit to State College. The place was larger than I had expected and suited our group of 7 adults perfectly. The neighborhood was very quiet and very convenient to everything. Looking forward to returning again and treating my kids to the lovely waffle making station! Thank you!
