The was plenty of towels and large beach towels, things to cook with, and beds are comfort. The home is a little older and the water pressure not the best, but we worked it out. As for cleanliness, there were a few things that may want to have cleaning company spruce up hair and spider webs. »

« Great place four our family to get together and celebrate the graduation of our daughter from California Lutheran University. Kinsie (host) was gracious, friendly and did everything to make sure the residence was ready. Overall the residence was clean and ready to enjoy. The pool and jacuzzi made a great entertainment for our family to enjoy. Close proximity to Cal Lutheran made it easy to get to/from the celebration with lots of food options to choose from. Would definitely recommend this...

« We met at the beach house from all across the country to celebrate a family wedding. The house was perfect for all, ages 10-85. Plenty of space reunite as a group, as well as finding a quiet space for those needing a time out. »

« Super cute house! Plenty of beach toys, wagons, chairs, cornhole, kitchen items, etc. Very clean and comfortable stay. 1 min walk to the harbor and 2 minute to the beach side. We saw seals, sand dollars & hermit crabs! »

« I am from Ventura and came to town to visit friends. Ended up getting sick on the day I arrived and thus had to extend my stay by a couple of days while I recovered. I did not go anywhere and instead had my niece and friend visit me and they both raved about how cute the place was. Very comfortable and cute home. Would stay here again. »

« We had a wonderful stay. The property was wonderful. Spacious, clean and as advertised. The view of the harbor and nearby seals and beach added perfect touches to our adventure. Made it to downtown Ventura nearby and had great food and bars at our fingertips. Love the house. It made our stay amazing. The outdoor patio also made for a great gathering spot. Would highly recommend this place for any sized group. »

The location is great—seconds away from beach access and a few minute walk from stores and a Sunday farmers’ market at the harbor. We really liked the area. The home was spacious and we appreciated all the extra beach towels. »

« The house is great with a nice kitchen and good sized rooms. A very short walk to the beach. A fire pit in backyard in a nice setting. The outdoor shower was great to wash off the sand before going in the house. Really enjoyed our stay! »

« Spent Fathers Day weekend here with my wife and two youngest boys. Excellent access to the beach, spa was very clean, well stocked. Even had a small air compressor to fill up the tires on the beach cruiser bikes. We had a great time. »
