Situé sur une grand route, il est pratique d’accès. Les chambres et le parking sont situés sur le côté opposé à la route donc au calme. Possibilité de manger à côté ou sur la zone commerciale en face donc accessible à pied. Petit déjeuner correct. Seul hic caution toujours en attente de remboursement à 7 jours

The woman who checked us in was great. Our first room had no air conditioning. She was wonderful in getting us a diff room and walked around with us to make sure everything was working.

I liked the outside pool. Customer service was just okay. Floors were dirty, bathroom didn't have a fan and the tub was dinky even for me, (5ft tall) Bed was okay. Old model hotel. Needs to be torn down and rebuilt.

The stay was nice but the video check in is really bad strategy. The video was laggy, hard to hear, and not a personal welcome like you expect at your stay.

Motel is under repair I assume from hurricane. Floor 3 is all renovated,floor 2 is half done, and floor 1 hasn’t been started yet. We were on floor 1. Phylis was our check in and was wonderful.

Overall not bad. Above average for motel type stay. They are doing some maintenance and painting. Clean room and hot shower and convenient parking.

The staircase to go up to our floor had completely crumbled and dilapidated and was unusable. The elevator actually stopped working so we were trapped in the second floor because they scheduled painting at 7 AM the morning that we had woke up and we weren’t aloud to pass by to the second set of stairs. We woke up to pressure washing and painting. Then we couldn’t leave our room because the hallway was covered in paint. I got bit by a spider in the bed while sleeping.

The property was clean and near shopping mall. We highly recommend Donato italian restaurant across the street. One thing that i was completely alarmed by is that the hotel rooms were not sound proofed at all. We heard a clear phone conversation of our neighbor.

The person who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The property is aging and our room, particularly the bathroom, showed it. The toilet handle did not rise automatically after flushing, and the bottom of the tub felt “squishy”, like it might not be stable. The water pressure was not normal either. It did not feel clean in the bathroom. Upon registering, we had to sign a paper saying we understood that smoking was not allowed and we would be fined if we did. A person in our party walked into the bathroom and could tell someone had lit a cigarette in there. We immediately notified the front desk and they were apologetic and made note of it. We were not charged. The room served its purpose for a single night, but I would not return.
