The space
This RV comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and features a private king master suite with a Smart TV, along with two queen pull out beds in the expansive open living area, perfect for family or friends. The living space is filled with natural light thanks to huge picture windows, offering stunning water views from the comfort of the couch.

The fully stocked kitchen includes a full size residential fridge, large pantry, kitchen island, dining seating, and even a coffee bar, giving you all the comforts of home with the bonus of waterfront scenery.
Whether you’re cooking inside or grilling out, you’ll have everything you need for meals made with love and shared with ease.

Outside, the amenities continue: a private fire pit for cozy nights under the stars, access to crab traps, kayaks, and bikes for daytime adventures, and a pirate ship playground the kids will love. The nearby palapa area includes a grill, picnic tables, and cornhole, perfect for gathering with friends or meeting new ones.

✓Beach is right there . Just one street over. A 5-minute walk (or drive) brings you to soft sand and open shoreline. We’ve included a map in the photos to make it easy.

✓Pets welcome with approval
$60 per stay. Must be leashed.
Undeclared pets: $100 fee per pet.

✓Free ferry to Galveston . Explore Moody Gardens, the Historic District, and the Boardwalk. All just a scenic ferry ride away—no cost.

✓Park next to your RV easy in and out.

✓Safety First
For your safety, awning use is not permitted. Please supervise children near water or fire features.

✓Toilets work differently
Please don’t flush paper products. We provide a lidded bin with extra bags to help keep things fresh and clean.
