Plenty of outdoor seating on the multi decks attached to the home, the main deck does have a secured gate. Picnic table located ground level, fenced yard and tiki-bar. A YOUTH is defined as any guest under the minimum renting age (25 years). Lastly, take a moment to peruse our house rules, policies, and rental agreement before confirming your booking. If you book our home BEFORE having your YOUTH GROUP approved, you are at risk of cancellation and forfeiture of all amounts paid including all deposits.

MUST BE APPROVED by HTH Stays prior to booking your reservation.
Looking for an intimate setting to celebrate an anniversary, birthday, retreat or wedding and would like to have additional day guests? If you intend to host day visitors and anticipate surpassing the MAX SLEEPING occupancy of the home at any given time, categorizing your gathering as an "LARGE GATHERING," you must adhere to LARGE GATHERING OBLIGATIONS:
• To proceed with your special large gathering request, a mandatory signed LARGE GATHERING CONTRACT, distinct from the Rental Agreement, is necessary. A non-refundable event fee of $600 applies.
• The total guest count, encompassing both day and overnight guests, should not exceed 28 guests—no exceptions. You will be asked how many of your guests meet the minimum renting age of 25 years.
• Accommodating the maximum occupancy requires a completed contract for additional external commodes. We are available to assist with arrangements through a rental company.
• Septic: In light of septic system limitations, surpassing the maximum occupancy mandates additional restrooms. Violation of this policy may lead to fines and responsibility for septic system damage. Damages to the septic system are not covered by insurance.
• Please note that the home is not designed for extensive indoor large gatherings. In case of inclement weather, consider alternative arrangements. Outdoor gatherings require a contingency plan for inclement weather such as a tent or restaurant reservation. We are available to assist with arrangements through a rental company.
• Parking is limited to 6 vehicles. Street parking is monitored and restricted.
Exceeding occupancy without an LARGE GATHERING CONTRACT, grants us the authority to promptly terminate the Rental Agreement, escort you off-premises, and issue no refunds.


FUR FAMILY (DOGS ONLY & must be APPROVED) Up to 2 Dogs are allowed. All travelers are required to add the dogs while entering occupancy on the booking platform for full reservation total transparency. Contact us to add on the 2nd dog once your booking is confirmed as some booking platforms have quantity limitations.
• Must be fully house trained & must completely be cleaned up after.
• Leashed at all times when outdoors.
• Not allowed on the indoor furniture or bedding.
• Should excessive barking occur during your stay, please make alternative arrangements.

Overall great trip. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 2 kids. Great location. Walk to the beach just over the dunes. Nice large porch to watch all the action on the beach. Parking is a bit tight unless you all drive cars.

What an incredible home. Has to be the best view in this area/location. Home was furnished very well with all of the odds and ends one would need for an extended stay. It was very nice to have a fenced in yard for our Golden-Doodle. The entire property was immaculate.

This is a beautiful home! Very clean and beautifully decorated. We were here to celebrate my daughter’s 50th birthday and she even got a birthday message from the management company! Would definitely recommend this home!

This house is amazing. Can not beat the up front ocean view and private beach access. Very spacious house, plenty big enough for 4 adults, 2 kids and a dog (5 day stay), clean and decorated nicely. Had all the amenities we needed. Owners are very nice and accommodating. Would love to stay here again.

We loved this house as it had two master bedrooms so there the adult couples could both have a master. The house is very nice and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with gadgets, pans, etc. This house is also pet friendly and had a fenced area and a gate on the deck! Location is super and you can not ask for better access to the beach and water.

We really enjoyed staying in this lovely house. The floorplan was perfect for us, it was my husband & I as well as my brother and his wife. The master suites on separate floors was great for privacy & in the evenings having 2 balconies was great for some alone time. The kitchen & house were well stocked with everything we needed, towels, pots & pans & cooking supplies etc. We spent most of our time on the porch enjoying the views and a glass (or bottle) of wine. The only negative about the area would be how conservative it is, as a same sex couple we weren't comfortable walking on the beach or going down to the water during the day on weekends as there were hundreds of trucks on the sand with confederate flags, Trump flags, "f*ck Biden" flags etc. This made the house having a large porch to relax on even better. Overall we really enjoyed our stay & always appreciate the attention to detail that this property management company (Ocean Property Corp & Design) pours into all of their properties. We would definitely go back.

Good experience, plenty of room. House was great. The amount of motor traffic on the beach in front of the house was unexpected. Fireworks were going off right by the house until the wee hours. Otherwise a good experience.

This home was beautiful and right on the beach. Fenced in back yard and plenty of space. We enjoyed it very much....even though it rained most of the time, the sunset we were able to see was amazing amd made up for the rain. The home was stocked with everything you could need. Clean, and easy to find.

We stayed at this house for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. It was a family vacation and everyone had a great time. The only thing that was an issue was the internet didn't work a lot of the time. This was obviously not the managers/owners fault so I wouldn't blame them. Just keep this in mind if you're trying to work remotely. The house was spotless and had plenty of towels and cutlery for us to use. You can't beat the location of this property. We sat on the balcony for hours just watching the water. We will definitely go back at some point.

The house is amazing. Well decorated, beds are comfortable, has all the amenities we wanted. Lots of space, decks are wonderful with direct oceanfront views. Unfortunately we had bad weather while we were there, so didn't get to experience as much of the outdoor views as we would have liked. Property managers were great. We would definitely stay at this property again!

If you are wanting to be as close to the beach as possible, this is the house. Beautiful home and a perfect spot. We didn’t even need a wagon or golf cart to haul our stuff to the beach just literally walked out the door and down the stairs. Even though the weather was rainy we were still able to play in the sand.

Beach home is very nice, comfortable easy access to the beach. We didn’t realize the home is in a party zone and extremely dangerous to go the beach during the weekend. It was Mardi Gras on the back Friday thru Sunday!

The location was absolutely perfect, with an unbothered view of Crystal Beach and a lush, green backyard for the pup to play in. The house was spacious and beautiful and we loved that there was a fenced in yard. We have 2 year old triplets and a dog- so that was crucial to us being able to relax. The beds were comfortable and clean, but there was a musty smell in the upstairs master. Additionally, the house came with a hefty cleaning fee, but required us to run the dishes etc. before we left. We would have done that anyway, but to be required is silly with that cleaning fee. My wife wasn't too thrilled about that, but I figured even though they required a lot on checkout, there was probably several pounds of sand that all of our feet treked in that needed to be removed. The management company is good about providing all the info you need on their documents they send you, however there are so many rules and regulations that I was left with questions, unable to find the answers I needed, because they were drowned in rules about prom which had nothing to do with us or our visit. When I reached out to get answers, one of the ladies was really nice and just answered me, but another lady answered and then "politely" pointed out that this information was sent to me in a specific section of the paperwork. Obviously I hadn't found it due to the sheer volume of information that was sent to me, about half of which was helpful. I just think that the rental fee could cover answering some questions if I can't see the answers in the paperwork without them getting salty. We arrived 2 hours early so that we could get as much beach time as possible, even though I learned that an early checkin would not be permissable due to Covid cleaning and their attention to detail. I needed to pee but was afraid to go inside because they told me I couldn't go in early due to the extra cleaning that needed to be done. No one was there for those 2 hours and I was too scared to go inside and pee because in the paperwork it shows how much they fine you for a million ridiculous things. I was afraid if I went in early I might get charged an extra night, which is crazy considering how much we paid for the house. I believe this is an issue with the rental company. It may not be an issue for everyone but I found it frustrating. I gave the house a 4/5 because we had an amazing time in a beautiful house on a beach, we just weren't sure the price tag fits the house.

The check in process was very easy. they give you the information at the last minute before your trip. the location was perfect. especially because we loved driving,playing cornhole and having a bonfire on the beach. We had a blast. Thank you for the place to stay. The only downside we encountered was the outside grill is and open campsite style grill. This is not efficient , especially because the wind is always blowing off the ocean. other than this is was amazing.
