« Check in and communication was good. Good location to be near to many points of interest and activities. Property description should have been updated to reflect details of AC and status of garage. The AC was 1 window unit in 1 bedroom upstairs. It was not sufficient to keep sleeping area cool, even with the property supplied fans. The downstairs was completely un-air conditioned. « The house was clean and communication was wonderful. We had a small issue with the dishwasher and it was fixed within a couple hours! As others said, the house is old and there was a slight musty. Overall, the house worked well for us and the proximity to Duluth was nice. »

« Such a fun time with extended family. Huge kitchen table for meals and games. Plenty of space for 10, plus our dogs. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Walking distance to trails, park and creamery. We did spy the local bear on the trail, but the neighbor assured us he was a frequent visitor and was not aggressive. Mind you we only stopped to snap a picture then quickly moved on though! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us. »
