Staff are genuinely kind and on top of things. We had a tiny issue with our first room and they moved us to a better one in like five minutes, no drama. « Chambre relativement spacieuse dotée d'un micro onde, d'û petit frigo et d'une machine à café ce qui est très appréciable.Des tables et barbecues sont à disposition dehors ainsi qu'une table de ping pong un panier de basket, des boules de pétanques et meme des vélos! Tres bon emplacement par rapport au lac et centre ville. Personnel très agréable (sauf la femme de ménage qui ne sourit pas) et prêt à aider. Je recommande vivement un séjour dans cet hotel. »

« South Lake Chalet is walking distance from Heavenly Ski Lift (and casinos if that's your thing); also to the beach and to hiking. Both times we've stayed here, the fireplace was lit and the room heated, a welcoming touch on a winter's day and after a long drive, The room is clean, has real dishes, glasses and utensils; microwave and sink. Dog friendly. We'll be back and recommend highly. »
