Nestled in the centre of 28 acres it offers a panoramic position with lovely open views over rolling countryside and the mountains. In this idyllic heaven you will enjoy total privacy, private road access via automated gates, however it is only a few minutes from shops and restaurants.

The property comprises of :
- a listed Farmhouse that has been lovingly restored, keeping its original features and charm and sleeps 19 in 9 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms with 6 en-suite facilities.
- a charming two bedrooms Cottage that sleeps 5.
- a converted Barn with an exceptional function room and a loft that sleeps 5.
- an exclusive and panoramic swimming pool area.

A large covered catering area and spacious grounds makes the perfect setting for a large group to enjoy both indoor and outdoor areas, celebrate a special event or just simply enjoy the Italian lifestyle.

The accommodation has been designed for large groups and tastefully decorated, with 4 kitchens, spacious living areas, panoramic roof terrace and many outdoor patios, each with long tables and chairs to dine in shaded areas.

The Adriatic coast with its golden beaches is only15 minutes away, offering excellent seafood, water parks and beaches ideal for families and all ages.

The villas position no doubt offers guests the possibility to fully explore the entire region.

The panoramic pool, 10m x 5m, offers crystal clear water and hours of fun. There are high quality sun loungers, a large gazebo/shaded area to escape the heat and relaxing chairs to read and take that well earned afternoon nap!

In the grounds there is a ping pong table and garden areas to play games. There is a 14ft trampoline and swing set for children with plenty of space for them to run around.

The property is maintained to high standard and is cleaned on a weekly basis and we require guests to vacate their rooms by 10.30 am latest on the changeover day, to allow us time to thoroughly clean the property prior to the next booked period.

Guests booking a longer period than a week, should allow us access to clean and change the linen/towels on a weekly basis.

We also arrange for Civil Wedding Ceremonies, legal or symbolic exchange of vows.
