Bel hotel bien placé
Bel hotel bien rénové avec un hall d'entrée moderne et chaleureux. Chambre de taille correcte et bien équipé (coffre fort, tv, mini frigo, cafetiere, eau, seche cheveux, bloc note avec crayon, chausse pied, mini brosse à chaussure). Matelas et oreillé confortable. Emplacement au top au bord du port et dans le centre ville. Le personnel est sympa et serviable. Je recommande cet établissement.

Bluffé par les critiques positives et le prix attractif,j'avais réservé dans cet hotel;a la vue de la devanture misérable j'ai bien failli aller prendre une chambre ailleurs! J'ai finalement décidé de voir la chambre:désuette mais grande et propre;parties communes de l'hotel lugubres et pas nettes;petit dejeuner tres sommaire. Je ne recommande pas cet hotel pour un séjour avec votre bien aimée!

Hôtel très correct
1 nuit dans cet hôtel avec petit déjeuner simple mais correct ,à signaler un réceptionniste très aimable qui parle français ,ce qui est rare . pas de Wi-Fi dans la chambre et marche mal à la réception , difficile pour se garer pas de parking ,il faut trouver une place payante

Véritable bijou près de l'océan.
Excellent rapport qualité/prix dans cet hôtel qui offre des chambres standard ou des appartements. Nous avions une chambre ordinaire, très grande et lumineuse, avec un salle de bain très propre. L'établissement est idéalement situé près de plusieurs restaurants et d'une épicerie, sur le bord de l'océan. Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable.

The view from the Balcony into the Marina and beyond was very nice from our room. Very nice room and it's amenities. All the desk/reception staff went out of their way to accomodate our needs and answer our questions. The only thing that was concerning were the panhandlers outside the door and on the street. Several times we were asked for money and noticed the same pair hiding in the shrubs across the street doing drugs.

Location is great. Room was spotless, the housekeeping staff very efficient and thorough. Front desk staff extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast / dining room staff very hardworking. Great location and staff. Very Clean and breakfast was really fresh food. Gave four star because They only have a small limited amount and of parking passes, we we had to pay full rate of $1 euro per hour vs $5 a day. Not big deal since we were out most of the day, but felt should indicate rating accordingly

The staff were very accommodating, giving me an early check in and late checkout and storing my luggage as I had a late departing flight. I treated myself to a 1bedroom apartment which was very luxurious and I loved the opportunity to enjoy a coffee, wine and meals in my room when it was raining and not as pleasant to walk around.

Made us feel at home.
The staff is friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel at home during an unexpectedly long stay. Our plans changed, so we needed to extend our stay. The folks at the front desk arranged it so that we didn't even need to change rooms. The central location in Ponta Delgada made it easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit.

Great location!
The location was perfect! My 83 year old mother and I were able to walk to most of the big attractions in town. The breakfast buffet was incredible! Many unique options and tasted great. The walkway along the main street was convenient for strolling and sitting. We would definitely stay here again.

I liked its central location and staff. This was my second time at this hotel. I stayed in this hotel in 2018 and rebooked it. What I did not like was that room 17 is right next to a tin shhet roof and the rain makes quite a noise waking people up. Should clad adjacent roof in a different material.

Great location, clean, fantastic staff
Great location on the harbor. Lots of places to walk and enjoy an outdoor lunch or dinner. The hotel breakfast was wonderful. Many choices for breakfast. There was a young woman at the desk (I forgot her name) she went above and beyond to help us when we had flight problems. All the staff were wonderful, she was exceptional.

Small Hotel but quite and everyone was very nice. Nice view from the balcony. Breakfast was great. Cleanliness and the water in the room and coffee was free of charge .

L'unico neo era la luce di servizio del balcone che dando sul porto e sulla strada principale per quanto vi erano tende coprenti non si riusciva a fare buio buio, a me importa poco e ci tornerei ma se avete problemi con la luce x dormire chiedete una camera interna che non dia sul mare. Cmq sono soddisfatto e ci tornerei

The staff were so friendly and kind, always happy to answer questions. The room was large and clean with lovely views of the harbour, the room was quiet and the air condition was great. The property was central.
