Dear Mr. Kristijan greetings from the Sithonia peninsula, We would like to thank you in advance for your comments in our will to get better with our services for the guests. Cause i personally know the history of your stay let me kindly mention some things for that. Upon your arrival your original reservation was for August 2021. You arrived in our hotel at July 2021, 01 month prior of your original reservation. That practical means that the rates between the 02 months are different cause of High & Middle season. In your case the diifference on the total amount was approxematelly 200 euro less than the money of your final arrival date. Either in that case we didn't charge you the amount of your original reservation, instead we had the right. Instead we did our best & deliver you the room type you have booked. On that moment i have to remind you that you appreciated our flexibility & the fact that instead of your mistake we moved proactively in order to serve & satisfy you & your wife. On your first day during the night you went out of the hotel for dinner, as you informed the reception desk. At the next day you came to meet me in order to inform me that you had food poison from the food of the hotel. I told you that this could not be possible, cause until that time we already had 2 inspections ( 01 from the company & 01 from the goverment ) with all the necessery measures which i explained to you that we take in the hotel, At last i told you that in case of food poisoning that could not happen only to you instead of the 240 people i had in the hotel on the specific period. Accordinagly i would believe that something like this happened out of the hotel during your fisrt day of stay. Allow me to tell you that we have plenty of choices for food either on breakfast, lunch or dinner that i explained to you on the spot, but in a negative & re-active way you denay to accept, instead of telling me that you will go out of the hotel to eat during your stay. At last but not least i told you that there was availability also for an a la minute cooking menu just for you & your wife in order to please you.You also denied that choice. As for the drinks, rooms, amenities e.t.c all of them are specifically clyrified due our official site with no consumptions to be made from someone. This year we already upgraded quite few of our services & the next year in a good will we will upgrade more, always on a continuing will to upgrade the whole Bianco experience. At last but not least i have to remind you your behavour in front of our front desk department & our Receptionist one of the last days of your stay, which was not at all appropriate & acceptable. Even in that case i approached you in order to discuss with you & calm down, knoing that you are in a hotel & not on the greed. At last i would like to remind you that you dind't pay the taxes for your stay, as everyone is doing due to the law of Greece - you have been informed for that upon your arrival ( is
