Hunter Valley Prime Getaway
The villa is situated in the heart of the Hunter Valley and is within close proximity to wineries, restaurants, concert venues and the golf course.
It features two queen size bedrooms both with connecting ensuites, an open kitchen, living and dining area, as well as an outdoor patio area with table and seating with incredible views of the gardens.
Guests have self-access to the property via a lockbox.
The villa is walking distance from some of the Hunter's most renowned wineries, concert venues and restaurants in the Hunter and is surrounded by picturesque views of the vineyards and classic Australian landscape.
Some venues within walking distance include:
- Hunter Valley Gardens
- Roche Estate
- Hope Estate.
You have access to the entire villa. Inside is an open kitchen, living and dining area. In the kitchen you will have use of a stove-top, microwave, fridge, kitchen utensils and tea & coffee making facilities. In the living area their is a dining table, sofa and TV.
Both bedrooms have queen size beds and both have connecting ensuites with toilet, shower and spa baths.
Guests can also access the communal resort facilities like the pool, tennis courts and BBQs.
Parking is free and available along the side of the roads within the hotel complex.
The Code of Conduct sets obligations for guests, including:
- Not making noise that would unreasonably disrupt or interfere with the peace and comfort of neighbours.
- Respecting the accommodation and community, by not intentionally, recklessly or negligently damaging personal or common property.
-Guests are responsible for the actions and behavior of any visitors they invite to the listing during their stay.
- Guests are required to adhere with NSW government COVID-19 restrictions.
