For shopping, visiting galleries or trying out some restaurants, the city of Plymouth is only 6 miles.
Set within an four-house-terrace built in 2021. Inside, high-quality furnishings combine with a co-ordinated, contemporary style to create a luxurious escape. When you feel like some fresh Devon air, push open the glazed doors in the lounge and step into your private garden, with its small lawn and furnished patio. The end of the garden is sectioned by a natural hedge line with animal farming in the fields beyond so please keep dogs on leads at all times. This is the perfect spot to pour a drink or serve a meal as the sun comes down, enjoying views over fields with grazing sheep. There’s private parking outside for one car, with additional parking in the adjacent pub car park, subject to availability.
