« We ended up at the Roscoe Mountain Club unexpectedly and we’re so happy we did. The rooms are very up to date, the grounds are clean and the views are breathtaking. We will absolutely be visiting again. »

« We had a 2 bedroom suite. The room was clean, appears with new carpeting, appliances all working. Pools were nice, The lobby was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and from our perspective we didn’t see any of problems other people were talking about. »

« We experienced multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues, including: * Hair in the shower when we arrived. * The shower drain was clogged, causing water to back up while showering. * The wall around the air conditioner was wet, suggesting a leak or moisture problem. * There was visible deterioration behind the wall/baseboard with exposed debris and damaged materials. * The carpet was stained and appeared dirty. I reported these issues to the hotel, but no one apologized or made a meaningful...

« The reservation was a total screw up/disaster. I arrived and found that the office was locked up at 6:06pm and a sign saying all rooms sold out. No one was there. I called a number for the motel that I found online. The person said that there was no reservation in my name. I gave the itinerary number you supplied. The person continued to say there was no reservation. I don’t know if a problem was on your end or the motel end. It was a TERRIBLE experience!!! »
