1bedroom Guest suite with separate entrance and exit , full kitchen

The space:
The is located on first floor of main house with its own entrance and exit, consist of 1 bedroom kitchen, full size bathroom. Note: Thermostat control to central ac and heating is located on 1 st floor . Access only during summer months. As it 1st floor suite, temperatures might vary from main house , for your comfort we supplied extra blanket . There is portable space heater to help guest dial in their Own level of comfort. .just above the suite where we live with our 2 daughter (10year and 20month old), my niece and her boyfriend you will hear pitter patter, foot-traffic due to age of home .we spend most day time outdoor walking, library, we will try to keep the noise to minimum when guest are present. stairway that connect to second floor is locked.The kitchen has all essential appliance except dishwasher.also has basic pantry ingredient.
The bedroom has comfortable queen size bed , 32 inch fire TV with BYOL(bring your log in )and stylish accent chair.

GUEST ACCESS:
You will Park in front of main House (1 parking spot) if you have big SUV, parking spot is tight and so you are welcome to park in nearby community parking lot located behind the wall as front of wall parking space belong to country club .
If you are parking in front of house Please park on left side of front porch ( next to garbage cans ) as right side is reserved for our other tenant.

Note:on ground floor we have long term tenant living in detach ADU. Please don’t disturb the tenant.

OTHER THING TO NOTE:
Since the space is downstairs/1st floor , cell server / is zero but Wi-Fi calling works , if you are someone who work from home / need to have server all time . This place is not for you.

Our Neighborhood is safest among other neighborhood around pleasant hill.
Safety and security is our top priority so Home is watched with camera on exterior of main home.


We have tenant that live in detached Adu , shared the same stair for exit and entrance , you will hear them as they exit and enter . The laundry is just below the suite , Expect to hear the laundry vibration. Tenant will avoid laundry during late night and early hour.

* You will see yard on ground floor but it is not accessible as we have our long term tenant living close to yard, its also not fenced.
