Six Bedrooms, All with Ocean Views

Casa Frisons features 6 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, ocean view, and private terrace or balcony.

The home includes two spacious primary suites, making it particularly well suited for multiple families or couples traveling together, with beautiful private spaces for everyone to enjoy.

The sixth bedroom, located outside the main house, offers a different experience with a treehouse-inspired feel surrounded by nature. Perched among the trees directly above the ocean, it enjoys a spectacular view of the Pacific.

At the heart of Casa Frisons is a spacious open living area bringing together the kitchen, dining room, and living room, all opening onto the terrace, infinity pool, and ocean beyond.

The property also features an outdoor area with a large gas grill, perfect for cooking outdoors.

Set across different levels of the property, several oceanfront terraces and decks offer everyone a place of their own — whether for yoga, a massage, reading quietly, watching the sunset, or simply listening to the waves.

Casa Frisons is especially well suited for families, groups of friends, and yoga or wellness retreats. Children are always welcome, with toys, games, and child-friendly equipment available to make family vacations as easy and enjoyable as possible.

Casa Frisons is located in one of Playa Flamingo’s most exclusive residential areas, yet only one mile from the heart of Flamingo.

Within just a few minutes by golf cart, you can reach Marina Flamingo, with its restaurants, shops, and services, as well as the beautiful white-sand beach of Playa Flamingo.

It is the best of both worlds: the privacy and tranquility of a home surrounded by the ocean, while remaining just minutes from everything Flamingo has to offer.

A Vacation Designed for You to Simply Enjoy

At Casa Frisons, our goal is to leave you with as little as possible to take care of — and as much time as possible to enjoy your vacation.

Daily housekeeping is included, except on Sundays, while the pool and its terrace are serviced every day. Our caretaker lives at the entrance to the property and is available 24/7 should you need assistance during your stay.

Concierge assistance is also available to arrange airport transfers, golf cart rentals, private chefs, yoga sessions, massages, and activities.

All that is left for you to do is enjoy the house, the ocean, and the people you came to share this time with.

Playa Flamingo & Guanacaste

Playa Flamingo is approximately 45 minutes to one hour from Liberia International Airport (LIR), and we are happy to arrange transportation to the house.

The area offers countless ways to experience Guanacaste, including sailing and boat trips, sport fishing, jet skiing, horseback riding, beautiful beaches, and excursions to the region’s natural parks. We can help arrange activities before your arrival or throughout your stay.

Traveling with a Larger Group?

For larger families, groups of friends, or retreats, Villa Fugata, our neighboring two-bedroom home, may also be rented. An access point between the two properties can be opened, allowing the homes to be connected while still maintaining separate living spaces.

Above all, Casa Frisons is a home for coming together — surrounded by nature, overlooking the Pacific, with time to truly enjoy the people you are traveling with.
