« My friends and I rented the home so we could live out our eat, sleep, surf repeat dreams. The house was perfect. Very well equipped, with tons of space for all of us to stay comfortably, never once feeling like we were on top of one another. The en-suite bathrooms for each room and washing machine were such a lovely feature. We loved the home so much we hope to return next year. »

« WOW. If you're looking for the most beautiful place on earth here it is. Our hosts Nathalie and Yannick were wonderful!This property is amazing. The Bungalows are stunning! 5* quality. Beautiful pool and grounds. They make an AMAZING breakfast and give the best advise on where to go based on what you want to do. HIGHLY recommend this place. ITS BEAUTIFUL!! »

« Hosts were great communicators and provided a healthy delicious breakfast. The gardens host a plethora of different plants and one can see a variety of different exotic birds. The room is cozy and well equipped, and the infinity pool overlooking the jungle is amazing »

« Beautiful forest setting surrounds a Costa Rican architectural gem. Beautiful fusion of local hardwood winding stairs, floors and doors/trim with traditional concrete/stucco walls, concrete downstairs/patio and bathroom floors with concrete counters and kitchen island.Bedrooms with ac and openable windows; lots of glass.Patio great in mornings and evenings to enjoy nature. »

« Property manager was very helpful and responsive. Rooms and pool were clean and relaxing. Kitchen area didn't have any air conditioning, so was very hot while cooking and gathering there. Had a few issues with keys not working in locks. Overall nice place, and worked well for what we needed. »

« The property was a 5 - 10 min drive to Avellanas Beach that is beautiful plus enjoyed eating at Lola’s located right on the beach. The house was well equipped with a modern kitchen, all the amenities, including coffee, spices oils, etc. facilitating meal preparation. The rooms were very nice as were the seating areas outside. We enjoyed the pool in the evenings and pretty much had it to ourselves. We had other friends staying at a more expensive property who were disappointed to find light...

"Super bel endroit emplacement avec un accès à la plage à seulement 2 minutes à pieds. Propre, tranquille, piscine et petit patio, café et restaurant sur place. Le personnel est très gentil. Nous avons vraiment aimé."

Dunama Hotel

2/10 Horrible

"A notre arrivee la receptioniste ne parle qu'en espagnol. On lui pose une question et nous repond a peu pres n'importe quoi. On a du demander une autre chambre, car elle etait sale des insectes morts partout sur le plancher. Les toilettes sales. La poignee de porte ne tenais que de peur on voyais tres bien que la porte avait ete brisee au niveau de la serrure le bois etait craqué. On noue en redonne une 2e un peu moins sale je dirais potable. Fait important il n'y a pas d'ascenseur alors il a fallu descendre les bagahes de 4 étages et les remonter de 2. La pluspart des installation sont endomagees. Ils font de la fausse publicite car ils se nomment Dunama hotel casino.... pas de casino ou le moindre signe de table de jeu! Le déjeuner inclus est moins que passable et un seul brevage est invlus meme pas de rechaus de café. Si tu veux jus et café on te vharge 5$ US meme chose pour le revhaud de café. Ca a ete yout simplement un cauchemar de 3 jours. Je n'ai jamais été si heureux de quitter un hotel de ma vie."
