You've arrived during the peak season, and Playa Del Carmen is bustling with activity. Restaurants and beach clubs are eager to provide guests with a memorable experience. We haven't received any noise complaints in other reviews, as it's not typical during other times of the year. This apartment is usually serene and away from clubs. The noise you experienced is prevalent throughout Playa during the New Year's week, including high-end hotels on the beach. Many people from around the world come to celebrate, and being New Year's, the entire atmosphere is naturally loud and in a celebratory mood. Past guests have consistently provided 5-star reviews, praising the serene and quiet nature of the apartment. It's worth noting that beaches tend to be naturally crowded during this highest peak week globally, and this is a common occurrence at resorts worldwide. Moreover, our building features soundproof windows, and in past years, even during New Year's celebrations, we have not encountered any sound-related issues.
