Disappointed
First of all, the codes to enter the complex and the apartment never worked, and my sister and I had to wait in the heat outside for over half an hour until the customer service person answered. All the codes were wrong. When we got in, the shower wasn't working, so I told them we'd have to use the auxiliary hose to shower. They planned to come two days later at 7:00 a.m. to fix it, which never happened. I also let them know that some of the lights weren't working and that a pan in the kitchen was crooked and unusable. I asked if the apartment had a table and iron, and they said yes. When I arrived, I told them I couldn't find it anywhere, and they told me they would send someone. No one came either. Communication in general is very poor, they answer you quickly, but at the same time there are several people and among them they answer different things, in the end there is no clear communication between them and it is very confusing, before completing my reservation, I asked them about the latest complaints and bad comments they had to see if they had fixed the lights and the shower and their response was yes, that the team is always aware of what needs to be fixed, very general, the answer, but in the end to know that they had not fixed anything. it is very unfortunate to have to bathe with a hose for six continuous days, they should return some money for all these bad times that they made us go through during our birthday celebration/vacation.
