La comida es excelente soy alérgica al picante y nada tiene picante. Todo el personal que trabaja allí es bilingüe es extraordinario. Las mayordomos de la casa fuego fueron de muchísima ayuda para nosotros. El transporte a los sitios turísticos buenísimo. No tenemos nada mal o regular que añadir. Fueron 6 días inolvidables.

Worth every penny!! El hotel es hermoso, la comida exquisita pero lo más que lo distingue es su personal. Siempre amables y con el mejor servicio al huésped que he recibido. El mesero Jacobo, de Cantina de los Falores, merece un reconocimiento por si excelente servicio. Vacacionar en este lugar es la mejor inversión que se puede hacer.

The hotel was nice, however there were roaches in the shower & on the bus. The hotel and parks are not geared towards children under 5. The pools close down by 6pm, however there is an adults only pool open later exclusively for adults staying in the adults only building. Although you get access to the parks, there are many experiences you have to pay for.

Property maintenance was great. But if you could offer flexibility with certain situation when family brings up . Please consider to accommodate things because they have already paid hefty amount for vacation. Don’t get me wrong they has a best service .

The property had a lot to offer in regards to dining and entertainment/activities. There was always someone available to help with answering questions and setting up reservations. We especially enjoyed the spa treatment on our last day.

Beyond amazed at how amazing this resort was. Amazing food options, the parks are an experience one cannot miss out on, and the nicest staff around. The resort was clean, fully loaded with all you need - literally all you need. Thank you Xcaret Mexico for being so amazing.

Absolutely loved it! We took our three children (3,7,11). There was many things to keep them busy. The dining restaurants were my favorite, so many options and very delicious food. The customer service was AMAZING!! Everyone was super friendly and very customer oriented. We travel a lot and Xcaret really puts the bar high for customer satisfaction.

Al llegar al hotel nos dijeron que teníamos que pagar más porque nuestras hijas no estaban registradas con sus edades reales y tuvimos que pagar el Doble. Malísimo servicio de Expedia y del hotel este tipo de errores. No vuelvo a reservar nada en Expedia!!

This has to be the most beautiful property I've ever been to, the hotel is in the middle of the jungle with natural waterways, coves, waterfalls and lots of wildlife. There is no beach but plenty of swimming in the beautiful lagoon and lazy river (or swimming pools if you prefer). the only negative for us was food. Only one restaurant takes reservations, it was booked for our entire stay. The others have very long wait time (45 min-2 hours) so we ended up eating in the buffet most days. It still had a line, but it moved more quickly. Otherwise it was a perfect stay!

This resort is beautifully exotic. Service is top notch and the drinks and food excellent. Super clean and I love the scent in the lobby area. They make everything convenient and easy. The only issue I had was my room not being ready upon check in yet they did upgrade me so I was happy regardless.

What was not to like. First they have a bus that transports you from the airport to the resort and same when returning to airport. The resort is amazing and beautiful. Staff greet you and get you easily checked in when you arrive. The rooms are amazing, clean and roomy. All the food at the 5 restaurants is delicious. The service was good for all around the resort. You get access to all their parks. What is not to love about this place. I'll be back in the future for sure.

Amazing property. So many options for pools and swimming. The food was great. Not much shopping. The only negative is the spiel they give you when you arrive trying to get you into a deal similar to a time share. I thought that was low class for such a high class hotel.
