« A warm welcome with a complimentary sake tasting for New Year’s morning. Very beautiful, modern, and clean. The only small drawback: there are only two small elevators to reach the reception. When a tour bus arrives, with only three people per elevator including luggage, it can take quite a long time to reach your floor. »

« The room was super comfortable and roomy. The soaking tub in the bathroom was amazing because you could have it hot all the time. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. You should note that some of the rooms are not close to the soaking pools or the restaurant. You have to go through a locked door to the street, walk for 5 minutes, enter another building for the soaking pool and restaurant.
