« We were very disappointed with our stay, as the listing was extremely misleading. It never indicated that the building had 10 suites or that the kitchen and living room were shared by all units. The kitchen photo was unclear, and the space only included a small fridge and microwave. The listing also falsely claimed ski‑in/ski‑out access and lift privileges.Security was a concern as the main building door did not lock. « It was even nicer than it looked in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and location regarding short distance from ski mountains and Ellicottville was great. It was so sweet too that they had snacks and a bottle of wine out as a welcome gift when we arrived. Loved this place. »
