« Clean one bedroom apt. Nice neighbors in the building. Note that you won’t get your checkin info until 30 minutes prior to check in. It’s a third floor walk-up, but easy. Bed comfy. Nice amenities. Great kitchen and bath. Nice shower- wait for the warm water. It will come. Got a lovely note from owner upon departure. Would def stay again. Thanks! »

« We loved this place! Full of period pieces and comfort. We came to town to just see beautiful Charleston and cycle. It is close to beautiful paths on the river and by the Capital and downtown. Lovely old houses to see, and the State Capital grounds. Apartment is carefully appointed with everything you need. Bed is comfy, tv works great, nice linens, glassware, coffeemaker. « I thoroughly enjoyed my stay even with the quirkiness. Entry door could be frustrating and the kitchen is lacking in equipment.. The studio is very comfortable, love the layout and the rainfall shower is amazing. So if you are looking for a place close to Pitt and want a cool place to stay I suggest this little place. »

« While understanding this was a new property host I know trial and error might need to be considered. In saying this, the bed was broken! it was late, we didn't have time to address it with the host, and we were running a marathon the next day. My partner (average sized man)simply sat on the bed and a big crack followed. The already uncomfortable bed was completely sagging rendering it unable for two people to sleep on. I had to lay diagonal to avoid the sagging area and my partner was stuck...

« We were pleasantly surprised with the apartment. My husband and I were taking our son to his first Steelers game and this was within walking distance to the stadium and other downtown restaurants and bars. The apartment was very spacious and perfect for the 3 of us. The valet was an added plus. »

« WOW! A unique and beautiful apartment. Parking garage was a little bit up the street from the building but convenient with not much street parking. My only complaint was upon arrival and trying to depart someone actually parked right in front of the main entrance making it very tough to unload and load our vehicle. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are talking about when we can return!! »

Location was nice located across the street from a dollar general incase you needed to grab any last minute items. The Pitt campus, shopping and restaurants all within 15 minute drive. Parking is on the street and was typically readily available. We would stay again. »
