« We had a good stay however I think the unlimited fun pass for what you pay you don’t really get much. Not sure that was worth it but my kids loved the water park and our room set up was great »

« Receptionist upon arrival was delightful but when she heard me say “ the basketball game starts soon” she laughed and told me that if it was on CBS I wouldn’t be watching it. It was and I missed a 1 point regional final game. Not remotely funny since we had planned our drive around game time. In addition not one of the clocks in the room was set to the right time. I tried to set the alarm clock but needed a screwdriver to do so. Will definitely use another hotel chain next trip. »

« Room was very clean and when we got full service the housekeeper went above his job and cleaned my daughters high chair. Staff are so nice and helpful. »

« The hotel is outdated and our room Smelled like lingering smoke. Our room and bed was clean. I went April 10th 2026 Friday $154 for 1 night, for a daughter baton & dance competition. For what we needed, it was a good stay. The staff was very friendly, and courteous. We were not able to take advantage of the free breakfast. »

« Positive things: room and hotel were very clean. Breakfast food was good and a nice selection. Disappointed things: No Hot tub as posted. The indoor pool is heated and has an area that blows bubbles. Kids are jumping and splashing in the pool which is fine, but it’s hard to relax in the “spa pool”. Wanted a Hot Tub to relax in. Also room was very loud, road noise was present and didn’t slow down at night. Room had black out curtains but was still bright as day. Lots of lights in the parking...
