C'est la 4ème fois que je choisis cet hôtel et j'ai toujours eu un bon service. Mes enfants adorent la grande piscine et l'endroit pour déjeuner. Un peu loin du Six Flags cependant.

Extrêmement décevant, l’accueil m’a menti à plusieurs reprises que ma carte de crédit ne fonctionnait pas en me reprochant d’avoir fait la réservation sur Expedia. À fuir, surtout en période fréquentée, l’hôtel n’hésitera pas à refouler les clients Expedia pour d’autres qui leur rapportera plus.

Déception mais hôtel.com nous a sauvé
Spa non fonctionnel deplus l’hôtel à manqué d’électricité a la 2e journée. On nous évacue dans 2 choix d’hôtels mais pas du tout avec le même genre de forfait. Perdu environ 4h a s’obstiner avec la direction. Pour eux c’était on cancelle votre réservation et arranger pour vos remboursements. Heureusement Hôtel.com m’a donné un excellent service. Ils m’ont rassuré et égaliser mon forfait. Ils peuvent s’assur Que je serais un client fidèle

The quiet and scenic area around the hotel is a bonus. I loved my corner room. Walkability to nearby offices can be better if the local authorities make public pathways. Dinner options can be better as well, but it will be manageable for a short stay without a car or a longer stay with a car.

Check in was easy as well as the checking out. Breakfast station was great! I don't like going ro hotels that don't offfer breakfast and this place did that and so much more. The staff were very pleasant in the eating area as well as around the hotel. My only complaint would be that the elevator was out of order and 4 women traveling out of town, we had a lot of bags that needed to get brought in. But this is why I say the staff was great, a few of them were called to assist carrying our bags to the rooms, and they did so with no problems. If I had to I would stay here again.

The coffee was cold at the morning breakfast. The only elevator has been broken since November of 2023.

Super-friendly and helpful staff! Overall facility is clean and well-kept -- a few rough spots in hallways etc. And elevator is broken this time around, but they were upfront about that right away!

Will stay here again
We ended up staying in Crown Plaza, their sister hotel next door with a walking corridor connecting the two. The two hotels sit on a beautiful forrest like piece of land with a tranquil river winding through. Elevators and Breakfast place need renovation. We got free breakfast with our booking. Otherwise It cost $50 for two person which I think not worth the price. Plenty of restaurants and fast food nearby. 7 mins to Princeton. We will definitely stay here again when we come to the area.

Just book the Crown Plaza
The elevator was out of order and the amenities were at the Crown Plaza where I ended up staying. Next time I will I book the Crown Plaza instead.

This property was extremely clean and most employees I interacted with were awesome. However, I was baffled by the sheer curtains in the room and I tried to find a pull for the drapes, but there was none so I changed in the bathroom until I connected to staff the next day. When I came back after I asked about it the curtains then had a non-see thru panel added. I was really confused. I could see through them so I thought maybe they could not see through them from the outside. I was on the ground floor and really had a problem watching for any movement outside of my window that night. Weird.

The bed hidden gem with a pool and a gym! They have walking trails and is adjacent to a larger hotel conference center with all the perks.
