The 3 kids took the downstairs floor with two beds and my husband and I took the second floor. No air conditioning but not needed with the ceiling fans and screened windows opened. « My wife and I stayed here with my parents and my brother and the space was perfect for us. The pool and hot tub were great and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The road up the hill to the property can seem a little intimidating at first but it's really not bad at all. The location is nice and secluded and close enough to La Fortuna without being too far. « Piscine et jacuzzi vides durant notre sejour. Logement très sommaire et vieillot, n'encourage pas à y cuisiner par nous même. Le cadre du pavillon d'accueil est par contre très soigné et le personnel attentionné. »

Just be SURE to rent a 4WD vehicle, as there are many steep and winding dirt roads to access the property with huge potholes and ruts. "Staff was really friendly, welcoming and helpful. The entire lodge is set in a beautiful natural habitat which is perfect for observing wildlife. The views of the Arenal Volcano are astonishing! The pool and restaurant were also nice."

"Emplacement rêvé pour se sentir au cœur de la jungle. Site magnifique et très belles randonnées à faire directement sur le site. Avons beaucoup apprécié le deck pour observation des oiseaux. Aurions apprécié un petit frigo dans la chambre. Et l’air climatisé aurait été un plus pour bien dormir. Je recommande. "
