This spacious Casita is an excellent escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Tucans perch in the trees in front as you gaze at the Lake and Volcano. Hummingbirds abound, as we have planted their favorite flowers just off the patio. Parrots, Parakeets, Oropendula's, and even the elusive Mot Mot soar overhead, some stop for a taste of mango from the gigantic tree which stands stately on the front lawn. What are you waiting for? Wake up! You're not dreaming, you really are in paradise!

We love to meet people but respect your privacy. We offer self-check-in so that after a long travel day, you can get in and relax. We are always available by messaging and answering as soon as possible. If we are in the country at your visit and you are open to it we would love to share a beverage with you on our patio and hear some of your travel stories. We could perhaps, share some of our love of this beautiful country and handy travel tips.

Vistas Del Lago is a uniquely designed gated community overlooking beautiful Lake Arenal and Vulcan Arenal. Enjoy breathtaking views of the mountainside while listening to toucans croaking, parrots chirping and monkeys howling in the trees, some of which may be on the property you are staying in.

This spacious one-bedroom home is located inside a beautiful gated community. It is a home away from home for all! Within 10 minutes of our favorite Pickleball venue with 4 covered courts and all skill levels playing 5 days a week.

A vehicle is absolutely recommended should you decide to visit us. However we have had guests who came without one and we can recommend driving services to get you out and about as needed.

We are only 3 miles from the picturesque town of Tronadora, with the prettiest park in Guanacaste, where you can find everything you need including, a grocery store, butcher, bakery, liquor, 2 restaurants, and for those looking for the nightlife, there is also a bar.

An easy 1.5 hour drive from Liberia Airport and 3 hours from San Jose. If arriving in San Jose with less than 3 hours of daylight we recommend that you stay over near the airport and get a fresh start in the morning. Most of the roads are paved however not well marked and there are lots of twists and turns.

We have plenty of parking area.

This community has 24-hour gated access. On-site security provides peace of mind that you and your belongings will be safe and secure.
