Auberges à Plaines du Mékong

« The front desk person was very polite but very unhelpful. We booked 6 rooms and one of the rooms didn’t have windows. Since the hotel was very vacant, I asked if we could just have a room with windows. It was a no, and the $40 extra on card reader didn’t work. I went back and forth 4-5 times before it finally worked after he kept badgering to pay even thought it was his own card reader. The man directing traffic was very nice. Breakfast was ok. There was a wide selection. Overall, much...

« Probably one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen and it has one of the best views of the city by the rooftop pool. By far one of my favorite, the only bad thing is the front desk took a picture of my passport with his personal phone after I had already checked in and sent a copy of my passport. That was weird, but outside of that great stay. »

« The geographical position leaves to be desired because it's walking distance to nothing It's indispensable to catch a tuk tuk to go somewhere Breakfast was not buffet because it's low season and the occupancy rate was extremely low »

« The hotel is newly open, very clean and spacious room. The staff is quite nice. Breakfast is chinese style, very good. »

« Welcome home! We will always remember how pleasant the Owner and his entire team greeted us on three different occasions during our journey in Cambodia in their oasis of peace. We just felt at home (14000 kms away for us). Exceptionally friendly service the second you enter this oasis in the middle of the very urban Phnom Penh. The restaurant offered a wide range of cuisine including Khmer dishes which were so tasteful. Rooms were very spacious and quiet. Iroha Garden is a walking distance to...
