« Be aware of all the fees!! There is $30 property fee + $25 parking fee! What the heck? Last week, I stayed at a hotel in NYC and it was $25 parking fee. There is also a humid smell in the room. I was going to give a one-star rating. Now I am giving them 3. The extra 2 stars are earned by the breakfast staff. They were quick to restock the food and clean the tables. They were attentive to guests’ needs. Great work shouldn’t go unnoticed. Kudos to them. Next time I will stay at rehoboth beach area...

« We were surprised to find crumbs on the floor. in the bedroom! There were some type of flies coming out of the sink until we shoved rag in it! During the night the flies were on the pillow in the bed! Very disappointed that the Clerk that checked us in never gave us the 15% Moose Lodge discount! Cleaning staff was attentive and provided us with extra T Paper when asked and then asked if we needed anything else! My husband was disappointed that the breakfast didn't change up at all...

« Quick check in. Rooms were clean and appeared to be maintained. Staff very friendly. Felt security in rear of building could have been better with better lighting and more secure back door. A few homeless people camping out in rear parking lot area. The breakfast was very basic it really didn't stand out. »
