Ryokans à Rehoboth Beach

« L'hôtel n'a pas de piscine contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur Hotels.com. Le 3e lit (canapé) n'était pas fait: on m'a demandé de le faire en me donnant les draps à la réception. Et pour couronner le tout, le robinet de la (minuscule) douche ne fonctionnait pas: il fallait attendre que le plombier passe à la quincaillerie pour en acheter un. Nous étions humides de retour de la plage avec une enfant de 4 ans: au bout de 45 minutes, la propriétaire m'a proposé un remboursement intégral que...

Sa situation géographique est idéale, offrant un accès rapide aux restaurants et aux zones commerciales, tous situés à cinq minutes en voiture. « Front desk staff were very unhelpful, slightly rude and seemed put off when we asked for anything. The overall attitude of our check in service left a bad taste for our 3 night stay. AC wall unit in a $600 per night hotel room seems crazy, terrible shower pressure, ac was noisy and rattles all night, making it hard to sleep, also didn’t keep the room cool. The beach chair and water attendant was wonderful, friendly and helpful! »

« Our hotel was clean, presentable and our room was a spacious, comfy stay for our family. What I really appreciated was the dog-friendly area created for dog owners. It was a cute, spacious area for our new puppy. It was nice to see as in my previous experiences, I had to fight for a sizable location to walk the dog. Breakfast was reasonable and easy for the kids which started our beach day in a positive direction. I would stay here again. »
