« We had an amazing stay. Everyone was very helpful and the hotel was very clean. All of the amenities were amazing and there was even more than I knew was included when I originally booked it. I loved that you could use all amenities a few hours before check in and also after checkout until 3pm. This was great for us because weather was not great for beach so we were able to use the pool and hot tub after checkout until 3pm. This was never quoted or explained when booking. I will dispute this charge on my credit card that hotel charged. You had to request new towels daily, as well as toilet paper. While breakfast was OK, twice in four days we were asked to leave right after finishing eating as there were people waiting for tables. »
