« Good simple hotel with nice staff. The wifi was very weak however and required putting a telephone near the door and then using the telephone as a hotspot for my PC. »

« Pools were not up and running. Should have been listed upfront. Instead you just didn’t show them on the amenities. That should be stated in writing. When I called to the property they refused a refund. This is deceptive advertising. »

« The property is very run down. The rooms were run down but clean. Too much smoking weed and cig. going on from the elevators to the hallways. But they have a no smoking policy. Cig. burns on the plastic parts of the elevator number screen and other places. « We enjoyed our stay and even add a day to our trip. It was very convenient to get around. The beach was great and the pools and hot tub were wonderful.
Only kind of complaint, the pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room did not open until 9 am., as an early riser this is a bit late.
Other than that, the room was clean and well equipped. The resort was clean and well kept. We will be booking again on our next trip to MB. »
