« I highly recommend this hotel. The room was spacious and included a balcony. The beach shuttle was very convenient. It was a nice plus to have towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas available. The staff is very accommodating and they all strive to deliver a 5 star experience. »

« Trip was amazing. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The pool was open for 24 hours. I love there was free transportation to the private beach where chairs and umbrellas are provided free. The view of the waterway from our room was amazing.
I would definitely go there again. We booked for one night and extended it for 2. The staff were very friendly and was willing to help. »

« The accommodations were comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The carpets in the common areas and in our room need attention. In the common areas the carpet smelled stale and in the room there were too many stains. I loved the good heavy furniture but, it looked worn (polishing may help to improve the look of the wood) »

« This resort is amazing! Lots of things for kids to do, easy access to the beach, rooms are very clean, and I appreciate the daily texts with the weather and what the hotel has going on. Only downfall is the indoor pool. The smell of chlorine is very strong and the hotel restaurant can take a really long time to get food. Outside of that, it was perfect! We would definitely reconsider visiting this resort in the future! »

« Très bien situé, belle plage. Tout était parfait sauf un petit bémol: lorsque nous sommes arrivés, il n’avait qu’un seul ascenseur sur 3 qui fonctionnait. Une semaine plus tard, toujours la même chose. Il était occupé sans arrêt et c’est normal avec tout le personnel et les vacanciers qui circulaient. Un effort pour rectifier rapidement la situation aurait épargné quelques frustrations . »

« I like the hotel service and staff friendliness. The hotel is really complete with all nice amenities like the breakfast included, the pool and waterpark and beach right next to it. Place is really clean and nice atmosphere.
I did not like that parking and resort fees are now being charged. This was not done on our prior trips to this hotel, Embassy in Myrtle beach. »

La chambre était grande, propre, lit confortable avec de vrai grande oreiller. Le tapis un peu usé, frigo pas très froid (même au maximum) et un vieux micro-onde. Wi-Fi rapide. Entrée direct sur la plage. Pas de commerce au environs. »

« Notre chambre avait une vue imbattable et le personnel était très sympathique. Nous avons voulu changé de chambre car nous aimions moyennement la vue et ils ont accepté sans problème. J’ai l’impression qu’il ne faut pas s’attendre à un hôtel mais plus un mix entre un hôtel et une location Airbnb... ainsi on n’est pas déçu. L'hôtel est dans un endroit paisible et je m’y suis sentie à l'aise. »

Lorsque j'ai demande de m'expliquer la raison, ils ont ete tres sec en me disant que c'est la politique ! Il n'y a pas de chemin sur le site, seulement un stationnement. J'ai du stationner dans la rue plus loin. Pour cette raison, je ne retournerai pas a cet hotel. »
