« We loved the location and the availability of parking. The host was very attentive. It was a great place to go with our old dog who can’t climb stairs. We loved being able to walk, jog, bike, and dine without ever moving our car. »

« Great place near the beach! »

« The property is in a nice location. We walked to Sunset Cliffs every day. It doesn’t have a cook top stove/oven as stated in the description. It doesn’t have a microwave combo oven air fryer. We only used it as a microwave. The window air conditioner works much better when taken off eco mode. Overall we enjoyed our stay. »

« The room was clean and there was a small fridge but there were no utensils »

« This is a clean, well-equipped room that has everything you need for a solo traveler or a small family. The pool is a great bonus, and Karen is a wonderful host! »

« Superbe séjour dans le studio. L’équipements disponibles sur place nous a permis de mieux profiter et d’organiser nos activités. Les hôtes sont gentils et disponibles pour nous accueillir et répondre à nos questions. Emplacement de choix! »

« We love staying here and Alisa is a great host! Check in/out is always super smooth! »

« The unit was very clean and well maintained, and the location is top-notch. It’s an easy walk to the beach, coffee shops, and stores, which made getting around very convenient. We also appreciated the bikes that were available and made good use of them during our stay.A few things could be improved. The A/C and fan weren’t powerful enough to keep the unit cool, so it became quite hot inside. Since there were no windows that could be opened for fresh air, the space stayed warm and uncomfortable....

« Nice spacious 1 bed room apartment in very nice area »

« Absolutely loved it! So modern, well lit, with great views, and a SUPER comfty bed) I think the only thing that would have made it better is removing the landscaping tubs from the curb so the passenger of the vehicle can open their door, maybe a washer and dryer (but I knew there wasn’t a W/D to begins with). Thanks for the great stay! »

« My week's stay in this comfortable apartment was very much as I had hoped it would be... homey and fairly close to the University of San Diego. This particular unit I stayed in was very private... the front entrance, as well as the back patio off the kitchen, which I took advantage of. Being a week long stay I also very much appreciated having laundry facilities. With 3 full rooms, plus the back patio, there was plenty of room move about. I also appreciated the natural light coming in through...

« House was as advertised. Unfortunate that it was such a hot week as A/C would have been helpful (even window units). Internet went out at times, food from the prior guests was under the couch and guest room bed and the primary suite was sweltering. »

« Great location and wonderful lodgings. This location is not just pet tolerable its pet indulgent. I truly enjoyed my stay. The only concern is the fold out bed is not comfortable and the garage underneath will wake you if trying to sleep in past 6am. The hospitality and welcome packages were great! I would definitely stay again. »

« Very close to beach. Perfect location. »

« Only improvement would be to make sure you put a shield at end of the front door code. Otherwise, if someone follows directions word for word from what you send with entry the house is inaccurate. Thank you for a great stay! Beautiful view! »

« Perfect property! Steps away from the beach, stores and restaurants. Quaint neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Bed was very comfortable. »
