Other than the heavyset guy with no name tag who looked like a manager the staff was very friendly and helpful! Matt checked me in fast and was nice. Again, the manager if that’s who he was could use a serious guest services training refresh. »

« We chose the large 3 bed room and it was great. Lots of space for the little ones to use in the room. I also liked that there was meat at every breakfast. They also had Dairy free milks available! It would be nice if the breakfast area was a little better. One small table for 4 people is a bit small. The pool was mostly clean, it felt like it is often forgotten by the staff. Hotel was in a good location and was quiet. »
