➤ Pets are welcome in this apartment, with certain breed restrictions and applicable pet fees. Breed restrictions apply, including, but not limited to, mastiff, Pitbull, Rottweiler, and Doberman pinscher. A photo of the pet and a pet fee of $150 are required prior to check-in.

➤ Our base rate covers up to 3 guests. For any additional guests beyond that, there is a fee of $15 per person, per day to help cover the added costs of utilities, linens, and general wear and tear. We appreciate your understanding!

《 NO SMOKING 》
➤ Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, balcony, common areas, or any building space. A $500.00 fine will be imposed for violations due to the time-consuming process of eliminating smoke odor and nicotine from walls.

《 KEYS & FOBS 》
➤ Lost keys and fobs are subject to a replacement fee of $100 for keys and $150 for fobs. Please return keys and fobs to the lockbox upon check-out. Failure to return them will incur replacement fees. Ensure the lockbox is securely closed.

《 SECURITY CAMERA 》
➤ The security camera on the outer door frame must not be removed or disabled. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. The camera records activity outside the unit only.

《 NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS》
➤ All guests must be registered for liability purposes. An additional charge of $250.00 per undeclared guest per night applies. Cleaning and inventory are tailored to registered guest counts.

《 NO PARTIES》
➤ Providing deceptive information about unit usage incurs a $500.00 surcharge. Maintain transparency. Guests engaging in party activities will be asked to leave immediately, with no refunds.

《 PETS 》
➤ Animal photo is required. An additional $100 (USD) cleaning fee is required due to additional work for the cleaning crew. Breed restrictions apply. Pets must be registered prior to check-in. Evidence of pets unregistered pets will result in a $500.00 fine charged to guests.

《 PET ETIQUETTE》
➤ Pet rules must be respected. Pets shall only potty outdoors and/or in the designated areas in the community. Guests found disrespecting the community policies may be fined and/or may have their reservation canceled without refund.

《 RESERVATION EXTENSION POLICY 》
➤ Guests wishing to prolong their stay are encouraged to do so, pending availability. Please be aware that a minimum 48-hour notice is required prior to checkout time to extend without penalty.
➤ Extension requests made between 24-48 hours before checkout time will incur an additional 50% cleaning fee to accommodate rescheduling of cleaners.
➤ Extension requests made less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
➤ Kindly note that all supplementary fees must be settled prior to confirming an extension.

《 CHECK-OUT TIMES 》
➤ Check-out times are strictly enforced unless arranged and confirmed 24 hours in advance, ensuring no disruption to upcoming guest reservations. Guests failing to check out by 11 am will be charged a penalty of $50.00 per hour, as our cleaning team adheres to tight schedules.

《 GARBAGE DISPOSAL 》
➤ Please dispose of garbage in sealed bags through the designated trash chute on your floor. Accumulation of garbage within the unit or disposal in other building areas is strictly prohibited. Trash cans in parking areas and amenities are intended for loose trash only. Please flatten boxes and securely seal bags.

《 LOCKING WINDOWS & DOORS 》
➤ For security purposes, please ensure all windows and doors are locked when the unit is unoccupied and during check-out.

《 INDOOR SHOE POLICY 》
➤ Leave outdoor shoes by the front door and refrain from wearing them inside the unit.

《 COMMUNITY POLICIES & RULES 》
➤ We value guests who uphold the community`s integrity by adhering to apartment rules and community policies. By confirming this reservation, you agree to comply with all written rules and policies, including property care instructions. Any validated complaints from the building may lead to fines or cancellation of your reservation without refund.

《 CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES 》
➤ Please quickly rinse all dirty dishes and place them in the dishwasher. If possible, please start the dishwasher cycle with the cleaning pods provided.
➤ Please gather all used towels and linens and place them in the washing machine
➤Please throw all waste away prior to check-out.
➤ Please make sure to log out of your own account on the TV if applicable (Netflix, HULU, etc.).
➤Please lock the front and back doors, along with any windows (if applicable)
➤Please return the Key and Fob to the lockbox in the foyer from where it came.
