Our home is nestled in a residential neighborhood. There are noise restrictions with quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. This is enforced by the city.

A gentle reminder, there is absolutely no smoking inside the property. No parties are allowed. A minimum fee of $300 will be applied for any violations of the house rules.

Street parking is available directly across from the home, since the road in front is one-way.

Parties are not allowed.

Extra guest fee of $20/guest per night applies from the 4th guest onwards. Base price only covers the first 3 guests.
