Thank you, Carol, for providing such detailed feedback. It is truly unfortunate that the ventilation unit and wall thermostat were not functioning correctly, resulting in a noisy experience. The condition of the shower floor tiles and wallpaper is concerning and will be addressed. The issues with the refrigerator are also not acceptable and will be looked into. It is good to hear that the parking was convenient, although it is understood that the pricing was a concern. Your feedback about the bed's sound is noted as well. Your insights are essential in helping to improve the overall guest experience, and efforts will be made to ensure these issues are resolved. As we discussed on the phone, we are a smoke-free facility. After inspection of the room upon your departure, we became aware of smoking in the room as well as what was in the wastebasket. These factors are what led to the fee on your bill. We would like to congratulate you again for your high achievement! It certainly is something to celebrate.
